She began her dental education in Hungary, where she received her Doctoral of Dental Medicine (D.M.D) from the Medical University of Debrecen in Hungary. After completing her studies, she became a member of the Hungarian dental association. Dr. Maleki then pursued further education in the form of a postgraduate D.D.S degree from the Azad Medical University of Tehran, and later completed an esthetic dentistry fellowship at the medical university of Vienna.
