we were the stocking sales agent for power transmission suppliers such as Lovejoy, Albion, Winsmith, Acme Chain and others. So in the early 60s, we began manufacturing our own roller chain sprockets and bronze bushings. Gerry saw an opportunity to provide a better, faster service by controlling the manufacture of power transmission components in-house.
